Pionner D3 or Kenwood DNX5120

Anyone have any experience with either of these headunits? I found two sellers that will sell it to me for around the same price ($300 or so)

What pro/cons am I looking at? Hope I can get some feedback from some people who have used either of these headunits.

The D3 doesn't play DVD's, iirc.
