is there a way to bypass the parking brake safety feature on the Pioneer AVH-P5700DVD? im getting one friday and would like to know how to do it, any way i could do it without buying something extra?

i heard you can also just connect it to a constant ground.

and opinions?

The 5700 is different then other units, where you can just ground out the e-brake and call it a day.

I haven't done one in a long *** time, but IIRC the VSS wire on the 5700 has to see an on/off/on sequence. It requires a toggle switch installed with the VSS and a ground if I remember.
