Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD Issues

Am thinking that my radio is haunting, it changes radio stations, changes songs off my sd card without noticed and now there's no sound coming from my left rear speaker, have check all wiring which is still like brand new so am thinking that the HU needs to be send in for repair. Thought about buying a new one but can't find one that has all the options as this one, especially the SD card option.

Where can I send the HU for repair. Pioneer informed that I could send it to a repair shop in Raleigh but they don't work on this HU even though they are Pioneer certified?
