Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD Won't eject Tilt buttons greyed out

After I reinstalled my AVH-P4200DVD after making modifications to the dash kit i bought so it would fit more snugly , i hooked it back up all of the sudden my AVH-P4200DVD won't eject and the tilt buttons are greyed out and the sd and cd eject buttons do nothing. I tried to reset the unit with the reset button several times also checked wires and everything to make sure everything was correctly installed. It work perfectly before i took it out and reinstalled it

After searching on google i saw many other people with this problem with no solution to be found. There is maybe a so called "dealer lock" mode that may have got activated .Was wondering if anyone knew how to disable this dealer lock. Called pioneer customer service all they said was the unit may be defective. Anyone else have this problem and find a solution? Id prefer not to send it in and be without tunes for maybe a couple weeks if all i have to do is find a way to disable the dealer lock mode.
