pioneer avh p4200dvd touchscreen unresponsive

hi guys, i just joined caraudio forum, im recently having problems with my HU touchscreen, and the steering controls that is hooked on the HU. i still have sounds no problems, buttons on the bottom still works. and the app mode button works perfect, anybody had this problem. ive searched and didnt find any solutions, ive been trying to get a hold of pioneer tech support but no luck yet, any help would be appreciated thanks guys

I have had that problem with my pioneer avh8400 bh. all i had to do was turn the car off then back on. Has happened a few times, not for a while tho.

Maybe you need to disconnect the power from it. Maybe try taking off the battery terminal for a min then re connect. Might reset it?

ill try that, its been more than a week now that it does that. sometimes it works properly for a minute then back to being unresponsive again. some buttons in the touchscreen works all the time tho, so i dont know lol but thanks man!
