Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD Sub out ?

I have this head unit and I have all 4 internal amp channels hooked up to dash and door speakers. I just ran all of the cables to run a subwoofer on the sub-woofer Pre-outs. Memphis Amp powers up but no sound. Like no output from the Pre-outs. Is there any reason I cannot run speakers on the internal amps and run sub-woofer. All of the cables are new so I think it is the cables. Help

so how many amps do you have and what are their channels?

Turn on the "sub-out" option on your head unit. Check the manual if you dont know how to do it.

exactly this^^ hooked up my sub for the first time and thought that my amp was bad. Didnt even think about turning on the sub output and took my radio out to check the rcas. I was pissed but was happy to realize that it was all just the touch of a button.
