Pioneer avh 5500bhs

Hi have a pioneer avh 5500bhs and I'm having issues with my bluetooth microphone. When people call me, all they hear us the vibrations of my vehicle through the mic. I've tried to move the mic to different spots on my truck. I can't seem to get the sound out. Is it my microphone? I'm getting out of solutions on how to fix this issue. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so, I'm open to hear how you fixed this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much

got mine about 3 weeks ago and havent heard anyone say about the problem. maybe your mic is going bad?
