Pioneer AVH-3300BT iu50v cable isn't displaying video.

I have the brand name Pioneer cable and am using an iPhone 4s. When I enter app mode I get audio, but no video in apps that are compatible with this unit. I've reset the unit many times to no avail.

What can I do to remedy this problem???

I would try to use another iphone that is not the S and see if that works. The unit seems to have come out around the same time as the iphone4s and therefore the pioneer software may not be compatible with the iphone 4s.
