What I did was basically set the front channel to all pass  at the deck AND at the amp when I ran the 1000hz test tone for the front. Subs were the same way excpet for the issue mentioned above. Am I doing this correctly? I then of course went back and set the xovers at the deck and left the amp channels on AP.</blockquote>
