In the same sense, we could ban you for not being smart enough to understand Soler's posts. The way I see it, Soler is implying that human evolution peaked a long time ago and that moped is just another symbol that we are no longer on the rise. The training wheels and handicapped parking spot are pretty clear indications that Darwinism does not favor the owner of that moped in more ways than one.
