Well.. For quite some time I have been wondering how to resize and edit .GIF images.. Are you trying to upload pics here? If so, find a host site and upload them there, then link the URL here...

The image is a picture thats saved as a GIF because its an animated picture, but I want to resize it and keep it a GIF so that it still does the animation..

..Sorry to be mis-leading.

jasc paint shop pro comes with the animation program...use that.
