Since the plans changed with the Jeep again and we've decided to drop a small block in it, I needed another vehicle for the time being.
Found this for $1200 on craigslist.
'91 Dakota club cab, with the 5.2.
209k KM's
Clean interior
New rear tires
Brand new front and rear bumpers
New windshield
New stock exhaust, newer cat
Factory dual fuel, propane and gas
I picked it up for a $1000, and I think I got a pretty good deal.
Drove an hour on the highway on the way home and there is absolutely NO rattles, shakes, squeaks, anything. One of the quietest and smoothest trucks I've driven.
Plans right now are to touch up the flares and mirrors, cut polish, throw on the Magnaflow that I have sitting in the garage, intake, and some headers and then a small drop since it's a 2wd with some aluminum 17's, no chrome.
I usually don't like lowered trucks but I don't mind doing it to this one since I don't want to lift a 2wd, and it needs something to get rid of that old mans truck look. The bug deflector is coming off as well.
No idea what I'll be doing for a system yet. Not a whole lot of room back there. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
