Just played around with photoshop. Using various tools such as color replacement tool, polygon select tool, brush tool, perspective transform, skew transform, warp transform.

Lol, didn't have time to do all that, barely had enough time to get the rims on it. I spent a good 10 mins on the hood believe it or not lol
