I see on a european page a philips bulb named DiamondVision, they legal in europe and are 5000k color temp, where can i found that in USA, or some similar bulb (5000K or more and 55W).

You're kinda stuck on that one.

Best bet, international Ebay. It's big in Germany, and with a little help from a translation service (check google...) you should be able to find them, and have them shipped fairly easy.
