Goldwave and Audacity will work if you play with them.

Most chopped and screwed stuff comes out pretty distorted and those two programs do a decent job of keeping things together but Goldwave doesn't keep the amplitude the same when you play with the rate.

I doubt that's the real copy. Companies that produce and copyright media on the 'net are normally the people that use the DRM license protection. This song is a home-brew so I doubt it would be DRM'd. Is anyone hosting this song now? As someone else said, all the older links are invalid.
