Helluva amp, but that price is a wee bit high, even if it's pretty much NIB.

Still worth it, it's just more than I paid shipped for mine on here.

k, this is thread is 2 months old, but do you still have the amp? I'm on the fence about getting it and sneaking an Assassin 10" I have lying around into my wife's car.... can't stand the lack of lows when I drive it LOL.
