PG RSD65cs power?

I just got my PG RSD65cs speakers today. My question is: Can I run 150w RMS to these? I have a JL 450/4 and I wanted to run these off of the front 2 channels at 150w RMS each. If they can't, will they run good off of the back two channels at 75w RMS? Thanks for any help!

PG sez they can handle 120wrms..... now it sez 120 max on the back but PG told me in two emails to reassure me that that just means max rms.... 150 would probably be ok if you're careful with the volume knob and set the gains properly....

What would a good setting for the gains be on these?

Also, do I have to mount the crossovers close to the speakers? I planned on mounting them by the amp behind my rear seats, but I'm not sure if it would be a problem. I'm pretty new to the crossover situation. Thanks!

Ive been running mine off a Sundown 125.2 since July, had them on a AQ 4x90 before that and a MTX 502 which made the same power as the Sundown, around 125w per channel, handled it fine, still in the car now. I did switch tweeters though, only because I grew tired of the PGs and I had a extra set lying around.
