PG or Orion?

Either a PG Ti10 SVC for $69 or a Orion P -series 10" for $89?? which one would be better in a sealed enclosure .66 Ft^3? I will be pushing 450 watts to the sub. Wanting good SQL. I already have the enclosure from previous system. Just need to know which of these two subs would be better. thanks

oooohhh good one, all bout prefence I might say, both are good, buttt, the PG has better knock...the orion just gets loud it doesn't have that punch as the PG
