performance teknique icbm 773 help

I have a 99 toyota rav4 with a dual xhd774 head unit and im trying to get my performance teknique icbm 773 amp going. There is power to the amp and power light goes on then turns off and the red diagnostic light comes on. So power to the amp but nothing out of speakers and I've gone through everything and everything seems to be hooked up correctly
