well i just added a new template, but now when i go to my site, all it says is "restricted access". now, what could be the problem?

yes. then when i went to preview the site, it said restricted access.

yeah. looks like the problem is within the new template, since the site works fine with the old one.

did you make sure it was compatible with your version of joomla?
