PC Problems!

1) Check all your connections make sure they are secured good (unplug everything and replug it).

2) If windows is still installed try booting with the windows cd and do the recovery console option and run chkdsk command (chkdsk /p /r).

3) Try a different copy of Windows if you have one, make sure the disk is not dirty, or stick it in a different drive.

Thats all I can think of now.

One question when all this happen were you able to boot in safe mode?

not able to boot in safe mode, or any mode for that matter.
