Go into the settings tab and see if automatically detect PCI/PCID or something like that is selected and make sure the Protocol is set to automatic as well. Try that first than if that dosent work check your linksys reset the router by finding the little dot on the back and resetting it. I dont know if you have security set up but that could be whats happened is your moms computer was setup to work off a certain ip and protocol ip address for the old router.</p></blockquote><p></p>
