If you file a dispute and win, but the seller has already taken the money out of their paypal account, is there anyway of getting that money back besides going to my bank?

I have done the bank thing before, but then I have a negative balance in my paypal account. Just looking for all other options before resorting to that.

Nope if there is no money in the account there is nothing you can do besides open a dispute with your CC company and have them and paypal battle it out.

nope u pretty much screwed meainng dont count on fking PP anymore, do the charge back and your CC will get on your paypal's ***. and you should be refunded right away but the process of investigation might take a while. and you should provide your CC with proof by mail or fax when they ask for it or they will withdraw the refunded amount back.

a vendor overcharged me by $300 when I first started my bus. once and came to a negative balance so paypal took it from my checking account at my bank. Dont know if thats because im comfirmed or not. Took awhile before everything got straightend out.

actually yes I got ripped off before. I called paypal it was a months process of going through two disputes and the seller never replyed and I wont both times. Although nothing was done until after i called the BBB and the local towns courthouse or w/e it was cant rember exactly to even see if the guy whos name was on the paypal adress and everything was legit come to find out. The name at the adress was wrong. Just all wrong info. so i showed paypal this and the guy has over 100 problems in a year with people calling the BBB and they finally sent my money back and put a negative on his account. With tons of work you can get your money back

I actually just checked an old paypal account that I didn't use anymore due to issuing a chargeback for $1200. I had bought a DD z1 on here and the guy scammed me. Well, to my suprise, it is CLEAR!!! They got the money out of the guys bank and let the bank get their money from the scammer. Now, granted it took over a year, but I got my money back AND a clear paypal that I had been using since 2000!!

a few years ago i sold some "5 free two liter bottles" coca cola coupons

one of the buyers thought it would be funny to put "cocaine" in the description which caused paypal to flag my account and close it

i tried explaining the situation to them, but they refused to reopen the account
