$25 is enough to get me a weeks worth of gas.

I have over 80 verified buyers on my account, I have sold high priced items with paypal and $25 from $500 wouldn't bother me.

ive used my paypal to send and receive and never saw anything dealing with fees.

i have a basic account and i've never even come across the option to accept credit cards....
