Paypal; Ebay Seller & Shipping Overcharge.

Has anyone had to deal with Paypal concerning overage related to an ebay item?

I bought two C-mass 8" SS2s and was charged $60 to ship it...

In reality, just by calculating the average cost from UPS i figure this guy made 150% of the cost of shipping on me...

any advice...

yup. they sell shit for cheap and make up for it + paypal fees with shipping costs.

try to search on google...they have forums of ebay users who openly admit it and give tips on how to make it easier

no way. How much did they weigh? i got charged 46 bucks to ship a 43lb subwoofer. 60 for shipping isnt 150% buddy for 2 subwoofers, may be a bit overchanged but did you take into consideration his packaging time/materials?

also, its too late, you paid for it and should have questioned it before. you screwed urself if u didnt want to pay that much

yea but technically its shipping AND handling so he can charge u for the time it tkes him to pack it/ship it, etc...trust me ur not gonna argue this one

You have to also figure in any packing charges and his time to deliver it for shipment.

I know I've spent $20+ packaging an amplifier, then nearly $20 shipping it.

I think you're barking up a dead tree here, fella. Live and learn, move on and next time ask the question BEFORE you pay for it.

They sell for a cheap price and make it up in the shipping. Per e-Bay rules it isnt allowed but........ They are charged a percentage of the sale by e-Bay and then make up what they lose, plus more in the extra shipping. It sucks, but nothing you can do but **** it up and don't buy from them ne more.
