It's been a minute. I'm excited to make some noise and break stuff again lol. Have a monster 18 I'm building for the suburban build in about a week. 600 oz motor 4" coil 5k rms.

Got first pair of baskets in the blasting cabinet and sealer primer on.

Zombie green baskets are ready for build in a few days. Will be 1hp 12s.

stupid question, what is a 1hp and a 2hp lol. I know tc sounds motors like the 3HP but never heard of 1hp and 2hp.

it depends. Are you slapping parts together or machining top and bottom plates, building the motor, gluing it etc. All parts in hand it’s not difficult at all. Matching things correctly, design, building the motors, and a mess of other things is when things get difficult.

If you have some skill and tools not bad. I started just doing surround replacement on old subs. Then recones... then I went to what you see me doing with what you see.

Very Nice!! I myself would like to learn to rebuild subs. I have a few sitting that need to take place at that. Ill have to figure out what and where to get parts to make it happen and get those in. Ill deff try it for sure.
