panasonic screwin up

i have a CQ-HR1003U hu and i get the -E2- message which means dirty disc no matter what cd i put in, Ive tried brand new ones too. Panasonic has nothing to say about it, is there a way to clean the inside? or could it be somthing very wrong

possibly the laser itself is dirty, thas y it thinks the disc's are dirty?

well i think it was bigger problems that that, just **** the bed now it just takes the cd in and the intake motor just keeps spinning. god ****it...anyone have any idea on crutchfields return policy? got it last xmas
