Panasonic - radio has sound but not cd

I did a search and found no results, wasn't sure if I should post in install or head unit.....

I removed my Panasonic head unit from my old car and put into my new 2002 Tahoe this weekend. Panasonic CQ-DF583U - mp3/cd player. I got the standard wiring harness and install kit from Circuit city. Install was very easy, everything else is stock.

But here's my problem, I have sound from the radio but not the cd player. The cd plays, the sound meter jumps on the screen and I can change tracks, etc... but no sound. I tried several different cd's and did the standard diagnosing.

Any suggestions?

hook the blue/white wire up to whatever the blue wire is hooked to now... blue is power antenna and is only giving power when the radio is on... blue/white will give power as long as the headunit is on

I fixed it. The dash is so very easy to open up, I just had to run out and try it. I pulled the blue wire from the car side of the wiring harness, and moved it over one slot. Easy stuff.
