This is a high end head unit that I paid $500 for a few years ago works great and I believe I have the remote as well. check it out here

EDIT: I just want to make sure that everyone knows that this head unit only has a one channel amp for a center channel speaker. This is great if you plan on amping your main 4 channels. If ONLY you'd posted this a few days earlier... unless that $45 is really $450. =p I have no real need for any internal amplified HU, but I already bought an Alpine. It's all good. davesexplorer's alpine (now mine) is kick *** anyway. =)
