Packers vs. Cowboys

even though they lost, this game showed that if GB was at their best (which dallas was) then GB would win. plus we got to see aaron rodgers do pretty good.

playoffs is where it counts
Favre got dominated...the only reason they were in the game was because of Aaron Rogers, which was a fluke at best. Favre went out like a pussy(and I like Favre), going 5-14 and just looking for a reason to get out of the game.

what about that interception?? al harris off of TO.
How about TO's 7 recs for 156 yards??? Ints have nothing to do with the receiver 95% of ther time. The QB is at fault most of the time for under/overthrowing, not leading the receiver enough, etc.

If it were a jump ball in the endzone and Harris ripped it from TO's hands on the way down, then I'd give hime credit for "beating" TO on that play. But simply catching a ball that is thrown to you...no great feat there.

a fluke? theres no grounding for saying that. yea favre started off a bad, but he works best under pressure. so if he wouldnt have had to go out i genuinely think there is no telling what would have happened.

and no there is no way anyone is a pussy for sitting out after seperating a shoulder

Aaron Rogers a fluke... you must be joking if you saw him in pre season he was tearing it up also in camp he was the hot shit and favre was looking like he was ready to sit down. I went to there open practices and watched them over the summer. Dont talk about stuff in which you have no clue about. Rogers is a great qb and he will be in years to come

WTF //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

See how well you do with a separated shoulder. Ive had one. Hurts like a Mudder Fuqer. Rodgers kicked ***. Give him a little more game time and he will own.

favre is such a pussy, did you see in the first quarter when he got the ball knocked out of his hand and instead of jumping on it he pussy stepped away? turned out there was an offside, which he didnt know until the play ended, but still typical favre right there

i live in green bay and i thought the only team i hated more than the packers were the cowboys, but i just couldnt bring myself to root for them until favre left the game

it is so annoying that all they talk about around here is his touchdown record when he is also holds the interception record and he is in the top 5 on fumbles lost

On the topic of Favre:

He set the nfl record for interceptions playing against the redskins. Who made the interception? Sean Taylor //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Just seemed appropriate.

Yep, because Romo can't scramble and throw under pressure....
You must be smoking butt-hair!! When Romo is pressured and forced out of the pocket is when he is most dangerous. Especially when he rolls to the right hand side. In order for ANY defense to have success against the Cowboys, they are going to have to keep him in the pocket and collapse it around him. If they force him out, not only is he a passing threat, but he can run as well.

"even though they lost, this game showed that if GB was at their best (which dallas was) then GB would win."

well, thats why they call it football. someone is 11-1 and its not the packers... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

possibilities, possibilities.

if favre would have stayed in the game the score might have been 47 - 27, cowboys. there just really is no telling...
