Packages have arrived

Today my packages came in. These packages contain:

Two Audiobahn A8000T 1600 Watt Amplifiers

 

Two Kicker S12L7 12" Dual 4 Ohm Subwoofers

 

Eclipse 3414 Head Unit

I'll be making my box sometime this week and installing on Saturday most likely.

And why two amps? Are you running one to each sub? If they are 4 ohm subs, you wasted alot of money on that second amp when you could have wired them to 2 ohm and gotten the same power out of one amp.

These amps overheat when @ 2 ohms i heard so ill be running them @ 4ohm

... then they are DUAL 4 not 4 ohm like he typed... which implies single 4 ohm or dual 2.

thos amps are fine as long as you don't have the amp on full tilt, that amp has a built in fan so u can run it at 2ohm just don't put it on full tilt
