And then the third person is using resistance bands for if you have no place to mount a pull up bar.</p><p></p><p>In the guide book, there are three different programs - P90X Classic/ P90X Doubles/ P90X Lean. Classic is the normal version which has focuses more on weight lifting and has come cardio , doubles is more intense with two workouts a day if i remember correctly. And P90X lean focuses more on cardio with less weight lifting.</p><p></p><p>All three of these programs utilize the same DVD's, the only difference is which one is used in the order of things.</p><p></p><p>Lastly, you can put as much effort into it as you want or as little. They have printout sheets with that have each workout for each DVD that you can jot down the weight you used and how many reps you did. You have options, you could choose to do more weight and less reps or less weight and more reps. Its all you choice and what kind of goals you have. Tony will talk most all the time explaining what happening and why your doing what your doing.
