[QUOTE="timaishu, post: 6416475, member: 601365"] Ive completed it once. Did I get insanely ripped? No. But I did gain a bit of muslce and Im more cut. But I bet someone could get real ripped with the program. For me, Im already skinny to begin with, so I wasnt doing it to lose weight. I did put on a bit of muscle and Im a little more cut. What you get out of the program is what you put into it. It takes a TON of focus and you HAVE to stay motivated. No slacking off. You will only have one day a week for rest (and thats optional). Me personally, I hated the legs and back DVD along with plyometrics. I like working my legs, but Im not very flexibile so some of the moves were hard that killed my state of mind. Two months into it I started going to the gym for legs. As for plyo, I stopped doing that a month through. I hated it, so I started doing kenpo on that day or playing indoor volleyball for the cardio and jumping action. Give it a try dude. Right now Im going to the gym to try to get back to my old level of strenght and then do the program as second time and put more effort into it this time around. I weighed 180 after the program and now I weight 165. Work and school made me not want to workout.
