Well, I hate to do this, but I need to take my butt to school, so the BABY has to go.
1998 Ford Mustang Cobra. Laser Red, 43,xxx miles, black leather, ALL options, MANY MODS.
I worship this car and it is meticulously cared for. I never really drive it, pretty much clean it and adore it's beauty. Here's a list of all the mods:
FRPP stainless ceramic coated shorty headers
MAC off road h-pipe
Flowmaster American Thunder catback with polished stainless tips
K&N FIPK
Pro 5.0 shifter
'99 Cobra wheels
4:10 rear gears
Dallas Mustang Speedcal
FRPP aluminum driveshaft
Welde upper control arms
Cobra R rear springs w/ 1 coil cut
Autometer monster tach, air/fuel, oil pressure, water temp guages in guage pod
UPR chromoly K-member
UPR chromoly Tubular control arms
UPR coil-over kit
Offset urethane rack bushings
Urethane contol arm bushings
Front coil-overs
Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustable shocks and struts
Pro3i 4-bolt caster/camber plates
Maximum Motorsports strut tower brace
New front rotors
EBC Green Stuff pads all around
Mobil 1 synthetic oil, and filter every 3,000 miles.
Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil
New plugs every spring
GM Synchromesh ****** fluid
Brake fluid flushed and replaced last spring with synthetic fluid
Coolant flushed and replaced last spring
I had originally planned to road race this car and the suspension is where I have concentrated most of the mods. With that being said, I would like to note this this is a ROUGH riding car. You will FEEL every dip, bump, and vibration in the road. It's not your normal everyday "Soft" stock suspended Cobra.
Now, I spend a total of 5 days every week just cleaning the outside of the car. It gets washed, clayed, polished, waxed, and glazed EVERY WEEK. No joke. The interior is just as clean.
I am looking to get $12,500 FIRM and I feel this is absolutely a steal for a low-mileage, clean car with all the mods included. I will also be including all the stock parts except for the springs and front struts, and the car will also come with 2 new rear tires. Now I know you're thinking, "ahh it needs REAR tires, it must be beaten," Not the case. The car needed new FRONT tires when I purchased it, therefore, I just purchased a set of tires and had no need to install rear tires as they had adequate tread left. I will also include a remanufactured clutch I picked up dirt cheap as well. THe clutch in the car is fine, but I just bought this because it was such a good deal.
