ORIONS..SQ or SPL subs ???

what's up...someone asked me a question about my sub and i wanst sure what to say because i didnt bother to find this out when i was buying it....i have an Orion XTR 10s and i was wondering if this sub is an SQ sub or an SPL sub

can you all tell me ?

I don't know what they're "labeled", but I knew a kid that had them.. and they sounded great. I would say sq to sq/spl.

More like some sq and a whole hell of alot of SPL all in all not too bad of subs.

Yeah honestly those subs are both, I've heard them in a really good application b4 and you could hear and feel him coming even a while down the street.

You mean me right? lol, but I have an XTR 15s, it sounds good, and it has good SPL. Since my back seats are very thick, a lot of SPL is required to feel the bass in the front seats, until I port the deck of course.

These are both. They sound really good with very little distortion but also know how to rattle a few loose bolts.

hey Billy....how much RMS power are you giving your 15 ?

alot of ppl are bashing these claiming that they tear apart and blow easily

i hope that's not true cuz my 10 has held up well under 300W rms of RF power

My RMS is 250, I run 200 into it, or did until I traded amps with my friend.

But this works well, even with the cracked dust cover and hole in the cone. (**** thing shook a VHS tape from my dresser and landed square on a corner, don't mind the pun)
