I am thinking of buying a Orion 2500d for a great price from a guy but he says it has some issues. When he has it powered up and his gains maxed out he is only seeing 33 volts with his DMM set to 200 AC and he says it should be reading around 50 or higher. I am not to savy when it comes to using a Mulitmeter so everything he told me didnt mean much other then the amp is not working properly. He says he has looked over the inside and see's no signs of anything being burnt and so on and has no idea what its propblem is?? Just wondering if any of you guys had any experience with something like this before. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

could be something with the pre-out of his HU? Did he have this problem right away or did it just start?

You know thats exactly what i was thinking as well. I am not sure to be honest. he said he installed his new set up and thats all he was reading from the DMM.

how much is he selling it for? there's always the possibility hes not doing something right and its a perfectly fine amp.

he is selling it for $200. that would be nice if it was perfectly fine.
