yo nasty 08 I actually saw those on CL the other day, i was tempted to bite, but i am curious about a few things. whats the power handling like and how long are the voice coils, I am partial to the orions because of the 4" voice coils

and rebel I am willing to come up, but would likely only go to 300 a pop, i could get them for 350 a pop via craigslist, and they would likely come enclosed

they are 1200 rms 4800 peak ..i had them on a aq3500.1 full power no problems ..the 4 inch coil on the orion is the diameter of the coil not the length.these are 3" coils....i got 4" coils now not a amazing difference bc i havent uped my power...u dont need a 4 inch coil unless u plan on putting 3000 watts to each sub...these will get louder n sound better than the orions on the same power....whats ur number ill send u a video of them in action

And if u still got the brz2400 to run them on .... had way more power on the dds than that ..im not a fan of the orions at all

I think if you have clean power they can take 2000 all day

The hcca have air in the motors. Ill see if I can find that pic of the inside. Granted they have a 4" vc they sound like $h!t. Those 3512s are a way better all around choice

they market the 4" VC but the subs are junk china subs by a lame company. orion isnt good anymore its al lthe same as hifonics ppi and such they all sld to the same company. the DD subs mentioned in this thread will embarrass those orions all day long in ever catagory

i have an orion hcca 15 on a dc 5k and it killed my dd95 15!!! Orion was able to get loader, but actualy didnt sound as good
