Orion HCCA 10.2 stuck voice coil???? not blown, magnet shift maybe????

Ok well im embarrassed.... Was selling a bunch of my stuff, a buddy of mine wanted one of my hcca 10.2s so we set up a time for him to come and check it out.

I havent used it for about 3 months or so but worked fine up until i took it outta my c

we went to go hook it up but before i did i noticed that i couldnt budge the cone.

So me being embarrassed that i was going to sell a sub to my friend and it wasnt working, and him questioning me just straight pissed me off!

so my guess is someone in my house had moved/ dropped it.

is there any way that i can get the voice coil out and repair it?
