I searched high and low in the States to find these specific spiders for a decent cost and quantity and could not find any at all...

I contacted TC Sounds and they were only available from China and at a Qty. I had to have them for my next sub so I purchased some. I'm offering the extras at a fair market cost. (man the costs have sure went up over the years)

It was Very Nice to see that TC Added Thicker Leads to their spiders. (see pics)

I totally forgot to mention..

I also have some Newer Spider Spacers as well. (and another bigger diameter style shown in the rear)

The TC spacers have round notches in them for 4 sets of lead wire. There are 2 sizes: 1" tall and .645" tall and they are both 9.75 wide.

The other spacers shown in the rear have 4 openings and are: .550" tall and 10.125 wide. (they have a stepped profile as well)

I'd like to offer these parts together right now but will offer them separate in a few.

*I want to clarify about the "Woven-In leads"*

TC spiders have the leads woven into the spider itself during manufacturing. The ones shown below are the TC spiders that I'm offering with the "Thicker Woven-In Leads" (they are "Thicker" than the ones TC used on the TI speakers)

I'm also offering "Extra Lead Wire" to be sold with the regular spiders without leads.

If you wanted different leads or to add them, I'm offering 3 other different kinds of raw lead wire to be sold with a spider.

So if any other leads were chosen instead of the factory TC ones, you'd receive a raw spider and however many feet of raw lead wire as shown below.

Hi

Here's pics of the spiders with the 4" center hole in them.

I had to dial in the die and in the process cut a couple spiders just a little bit off center by about .015"-.025". They will work just fine but I like things to be perfect so I will offer those at a LOWER COST. Let me finish up the cutting and see how many I end up with and I'll offer those ones for LESS.

Note:

There are only a few of each size TC spider spacers left. Once they are gone I will only have the spiders and the bigger spacers available. (those could be used with the TC spiders if you made some nice big glue beads)

I'll also update about the 4" Spiders this weekend. (sorry for the delay)

I've been selling the lead wire so there is going to be a limited qty of those soon too.

The spacers are selling with the spiders for around $5 to $10 depending on the transaction. (give or take a couple bucks)

There is a limited qty of them so I would like to offer them with the spiders instead of separate at this time.

UPDATE:

All of the TC spacers are gone.

I still have some of the .5 tall stepped ones shown in the back of the spacer pics. Some are warped and may need to be clamped durring assy but they will work fine.
