opinion of power acoustik mofo 12" subs

Has anybody heard of power acoustik mofo 12's. They look like a good buy to me. What do yall think?

sounds bad at most volumes, really terrible Sq when you turn them up, but when you turn them up they get loud, really loud, I would give them there rated RMS if I were you though, heard bad things about that. I thought they sucked but I've met some people who were happy with em, I wouldn't recomend them though.
