I ordered a Hifonics 1606D from them like a couple years back and had really no problems with it. But yeah, their customer service is ****ing horrible. I sent them a couple e-mails and I didn't receive any response back.

They ****. I called and *****ed them out because I ordered an item that said "in stock" on their site and they gave me the run around about when they were getting it back in stock. I canceled the order and went with woofersetc.com instead. Had a similar issue as well but they helped me out and made it right. I will never go back to OCS.

Why did you buy the Hifonics if you wanted a Sundown in the first place?

You should be lucky to get anything. Just take the store credit, buy another amp, don't use it, sell it on here, put that money towards what you should've got in the first place.

sometimes you need to do a little research before jumping in and ordering stuff on line. And those that complain about companies not answering E Mails.. CALL THEM! People dont have REAL contact anymore these days. Pick up the phone and call a company. Youll get more done in 45 seconds than in 4 days trying to email them.

If you paid with a credit card you might be able to have the charge taken off your bill.

Call your CC company first to find out, then if they can do it call onlinecarstereo and tell them you will be sending them back the amp.

because my dad was being a ***** and trying to tell me how to spend my money and i did some research and people said the amp puts out rated at 14.4volts which my truck does 14.4volts so it would suit me well. everyone said the amp wasnt bad only bad thing was they were rated at 14.4volts not 12v

the speaker out blew, its fused on the 0g, then on the distroblock, and the amp is fused. how the hell is the speaker out going to burn up just from playing it 10-15min...?
