I closed my Pokerstars account after getting hacked but I just opened an account at Full Tilt. It's not too bad.

My father-in-law uses a hometown bank that doesn't flag his card. He dumps me chips and I give him the cash. You should be able to do a bank draft though. If you read up on the laws it's illegal for them to let you gamble but it's not really illegal for you to do it. It sounds weird but that's how it's written. When my account was hacked I freaked out because I feared it would be like calling the cops to say someone has stolen my weed. It's illegal for the banks to allow you to transfer funds but you can't get in trouble for doing it.
