I have a a four channel amp and only 2 speakers play because of this and i got one of those y-splitters and it started playing all 4 speakers but i think it cut the power in half and also its making a loud whining sound which is not what i want to hear with the music! So i got one of those sound isolators but then the speakers played very silently until i took it out(the whining sound was gone) so now I'm going to try that Line Out Converter thing would this make my amplifier change into 4 channel mode or it wont solve this problem?(stay at 2 channel)

wow ok

The y splitter will not alter the sound in any way. Read up about parrallel/series

A line out put converter may add more noise.

On the amp is thier a switch to go from 2chan/4chan?

As stated above, the Y-adapter won't make the system any quieter, but they are very suseptable to noise.

My amp has a switch to change it from a 4-Channel in, to a 2-Channel in. The amp still puts out to four speakers no matter where the switch is, but it can function fully with only one set of RCA's running into it.

If not, there is probably a more expensive option to the Y-Adapter, but I am unaware of it.

There is no switch to change the channels but my amplifier is supposed to do 90 watts x4 at 2 ohms or 100watts x2 at 2ohms so i think it cut it in half to the 4 speakers. My speakers are 75 watts RMS each would putting it into 4 channel blow my speakers? And also would that LOC act as another RCA output I didn't get an answer for that yet

When you use the Y-Splitter, both sides of the "Y" still have the same voltage they originally had coming out of the RCA's. Just running one set of RCA's is not how you choose the 2-Channel mode, rather than the 4-chanel. So, no that should not have made your speakers quieter. The noise probably reduced the sound signal going across the RCA's.

I don't know anything about LOC's but as long as it takes one RCA input, and has two RCA outputs, that should work for you.

The ratings you gave on your amp were 2 Ohm ratings. Your speakers are probably running at 4 Ohms. This will bring the rating of you amp down, and I will almost guarantee, as long as you set your amp and HU correctly that you couldn't blow the speakers. As long as the amp and speaker ratings are accurate.

I have this amplifer btw i already solved the problem i just used my dads deck he doesnt use anymore it has 3 rcs outs 1 rear 1 front and 1 subwoofer

and the speakers are 4ohms so i doubt i wired to 4 ohms and if i wired it differently it would have to be 2 ohms or else my amplifier would have blown by now lol and it plays nice and loud to and i had to get 2 sound isolaters cause it still had that whining sound now i dont hear any whining!!
