i dont do enough fight training. my skills in the department are limited. i also lack the basic skill of dodging punches. it always seems like im trying get punched. strength training and cardio i do plenty of. 5 miles every other day. and strength training 6 days a week. im thinking about ordering an elevation mask. i live at 7400 feet but i want to get an elevation mask to make it seem even higher.

thanks it was only my 2nd fight as im sure everyone could tell i posted 3rd fight on here aswell
i actually am a coach for wrestling and 2nd degree in Taekwondo, i know about ground and strikes from feet all the other stuff no so hot but good enough to hold my own. if that is your second fight, pretty good. more practice and fights will help a lot of your footwork and movement.

Meh.. Not bad as far as giving a show goes. Same as UFC. If you stop scrappin so much and actually learn good technical strikes and takedowns, it'd be good for ya. Obviously you're a pretty tough guy so you already can take a hit. You get in touch with some finesse and an understanding of body mechanics and structure, you'll be unstoppable. Your downfall is trying to hit him harder than he hits you, instead of never letting him hit you. Attack weak spots in the structure and learn how to channel your energy and nobody will lift a finger to you. Get into a good traditional art for a little while, atleast a couple classes, like different forms of Kung Fu or Karate. Wing Chun is phenomenal if you can find it. Not because they're ultimate fighters, but because it will give you the understanding on channeling energy and using their body mechanics against them. Jiu Jitsu is good stuff but, everyone does it; look for something to add to your repeteur. Good thing is, if all else fails, you can take a hit. :p
