That handbrake looks retarded. It also gets horrible gas mileage.

I like the color though and it is definately a step up from the regular mustang.

everybody and there rich mama is gonna have a vette when they come out but they only make just a few saleens....

Anyone know the stats for the saleen? At this point I'd take a corvette, not a fan of 5 speeds.

I know some of the people that are invovled with this development of this car, its all v-8 american supercharged, and will wipe the smiles right of ford, ferrari, and lamborgini. Its the has the lowest power to weight ratio of any produciton car around!!!! Be sure to look at the entire site and all of the cars specs

60 mph to 0 (braking): 103 feet

I don't believe it. 0-60 isn't accurate.

1/4 mile isn't accurate and neither is skid pad.

Def not worth that much cash... The new mustang is a pure stink hole.. Save up a few more pennys and get the new Z06 when it comes out..

u know..and i hate to say this...

and i'm a vette guy..

they are both probably underrated. i dunno about saleens, but it seems everytime someone tests a cobra, it puts out about 10% or more then it's rated output. i still don't think any mustang is worth more then what u can get to recycle it....i do liek the exterior of this 'stang, but the interior looks like they ripped it outa a king ranch f150.

the vette? i don't car if my neighbor has one..actually, with my neighbors that would be kewl.....we could drag race them all day!! the base vette now has 400hp (the z06 option i haven't seen anything about yet) and a 186mph top speed. ummm...who wouldn't want one?

oh yeah, my neighbors.....one has a 72 camaro semiprostreeted...about 700hp at the crank. one has a 65 gto with a 340, 6-pack and m-22 rockcrusher slushbox. he also has a stock 72(?) gto judge that's some weird shade of blue. he has a 34 chevy with a blown 502, a 34 chevy with a ramjet 383 and his son has a 70something chevelle with a 502 that runs mid 10's in the quarter.....i've got some sweet neighbors...lol....though i don't own anything that nice.

oh yeah, the one with the camaro also has a hemi magnum....sounds like ***.
