on normal DL, i can usually average 450-470 kbs. off a p2p or a torrent, i average 10, maybe 30 on a good day. whats the best free accelerator out there?

I had my speed checked on some sight where they measure by how fast you d/l a certain picture and it reported mine to be like 830 k/s
