BMXbikes is an 06er right? Then I say yes, except JmanPc he had like 8k posts about 5% helpful so he can definately classify as non-noob right their.

bmxbiker started out okay in my book, but quickly fell apart. jmanpc is a jan 06'er so i'd give him the benefit of the doubt.
