Sold Old school US AMPS USA-400 ***Needs Repair***

I bought a USA-400 locally and sort of got a little jipped on the deal. The amp itself doesnt work. Nothing is fried on the board and a green LED near the power supply turns on. Amp will need repair. I estimate it would cost 1-200 to fix it at a shop. US AMPS usually has a 100$ flat rate repair although im not sure if that still applies.

Im seeing if I can get any money out of it on this forum. Perhaps one of you guys have a hook up to a repair shop.

If I cant get anything out of it, Ill probably have it repaired locally.
