Ok I got some big money (accordin to me) and I really GOT to have a system. My budget is 300-350. What I want is the most hardest hittin system...yet good sound quality that yall can put together for me. This includes a wiring kit. I already have a box made for 12s.

for 300-350 your not going to get very far if your expecting that to buy an amp, and some subs. Especially if your wanting to have the hardest hitting systems around. If anything with that 350 bucs you can buy one good sub, or 1 good amp, but thats about it.

My recomendation, try and find some speakers that will match the box that's already made. It's like trying to tune a piano from three miles away. Unless the box is sealed.

I knew I should have been more specific. What I want is 1-2 12's and an amp. I actually have been puttin together systems for myself but I didnt really know if they were any good. I did find an MTX package on car domain for like 300 but I dont really know if thats any good or not. The subs were 2 4500's but I forgot what the amp was. I did listen to a 5500 MTX in a ported box at circuit city and it slammed. It was 150 which I havent found a better price yet. So does anybody have any GOOD recommendations on an amp for about around 150. That will push this beast. I think it was like 300 watts rms. I have used the search button many times here and it really doesnt help me with exactly what I got. Thanks for the help!

if you want something better than that mtx go with the type r/orion 600d for 340 shipped. You wont be disappointed

CarDomain has pretty high prices, and I would not reccomend buying from them. I actually have an amp for that price if you are interested, PM me. Amps that come with packages are normally crap, especially eBay packages. I have heard the MTX 5500s and they sound decent, but are not the best. What box do you have, what are the specs on it?

I have this exact setup in a 2.2ft^3 vented enclosure tuned to 30hz and I'm very pleased. It gets pretty **** loud and sounds great doing it. You can figure you'll be spending a grand total of about $350 with box materials and wiring. I recommend this setup 100% if you're on a tight budget. I've got some videos of my setup in action, I'll see what I can do to get them uploaded and posted.
