ohms?

well thats what i'm wondering..is it possible to wire them up down to 1 ohm, which would give them 300 rms a piece.. thus splitting the 600 between the 2..i need dual 4 ohm subs for this though right?

one more ? for u guys..alright i've got the 2 dvc 4 ohm subs wired down in 2 ohms each..now they are in a dual sealed box, that each has their own terminal.. since they're wired in 2 ohms each, how do i run the wires to each terminal cup so that the amp sees just 2 speakers wires reading a 1 ohm load?

Wire the + from one output on the amp to the + of one of the terminal cups, negative from that same output to the negative of that same terminal cup. Same for the other channel and other enclosure.

thats not possible? how do i do it then? i'm trying to figure out whether i need dvc 4 ohm or 2 ohm subs..there will be 2 of them, and want to push the 600 rms that my hifonics can push in 1 0hm.
